💪 Nutritional Benefits:

  • Oats provide fiber and slow-release energy to keep kids full and satisfied.

  • Peanut butter adds protein and healthy fats to support growth and development.

  • Cocoa powder is rich in antioxidants and gives that chocolatey flavor without added sugar.

  • Maple syrup is a natural sweetener that adds just the right amount of sweetness.

  • Milk or non-dairy milk helps bind the ingredients while adding creaminess and calcium.

These nutrient-dense ingredients make each bite a powerhouse of energy and flavor, perfect for lunchboxes, after-school snacks, or even a post-dinner treat.

Substitutions:

  • Nut-Free: Swap peanut butter for sunflower seed butter or tahini for allergy-friendly bites.
