Adjust Servings
1 lb. small pasta of choice
15 oz. tub ricotta cheese
about 6 broccoli florets
1/4 cup reserved pasta water
salt to your liking

Directions

Boil water, add pasta and broccoli- cook till tender (about 12-13 minutes)
Take out pasta water while cooking for sauce
Mark as complete

Adjust water and salt to your liking

Notes

Storage instructions- Fridge: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days
