Savory Protein Waffles

🧇 Savory Protein Waffles (Easy, Filling & Kid-Friendly)

These savory protein waffles are one of those recipes I didn’t expect to love as much as I do, but once I made them, they quickly became a staple. They’re the kind of meal I reach for on busy days when I want something quick, filling, and actually nourishing without a lot of effort. No fuss, no long prep, just simple ingredients that come together fast, plus they are great for little ones 9 months & up. If you are practicing BLW, they come out so flavorful without the need for any salt or seasoning, just slice it up into longer strips and watch how your little one enjoys it.

I especially love how flexible they are. I’ve served these for breakfast, packed them for lunch or you can even make them for dinner with a side salad on nights when cooking felt like too much. Every time, they disappear. Even with broccoli and tuna in the mix, they’re always a hit and that’s a win in my book 💚

Made with egg, steamed broccoli, shredded cheese, and tuna, these waffles are packed with protein and veggies while still feeling fun and familiar in a waffle shape. They’re soft on the inside, crisp on the outside, and incredibly satisfying any time of day.
